Train With A Friend

Training with a partner, friend, or family member is a fun way to enjoy exercising. It often helps to have someone close to you also working towards achieving their fitness goals to both encourage you and hold you accountable. Similar to one-one-one training, sessions are designed with your goals in mind and adapted to meet the needs of each individual. 

How to Get Started:

Step One
Book your free consultation with Dan (click the Book Consultation button below or reach out via our Contact Page). Consultations can be done together with the partner or friend or individually. The meeting will take up to 30 minutes and can be done in-person at the studio or virtually via Zoom or a phone call.
Step Two
Meet with Dan and discuss your fitness goals.

Schedule your free first session (60 minutes) and start working towards reaching your goals!

Online Fitness Coaching

Online coaching is a very convenient and time effective way to reach your fitness goals. The use of our online coaching platform TrueCoach allows for a simple view of your weekly workouts and goals. Simply log in and follow your customized plan. If you have any questions or are uncertain about particular exercises, Dan is on hand to support you. Plans are constantly adapted to suit your needs. Going out of town? Changes to your goals? Dan will adjust your plan to keep you on the right track.

Step Two
Meet virtually with Dan and discuss your fitness goals. Your customized coaching plan will be built specifically for you to target these goals.
Step Three
Arrange times with Dan for your check-ins to discuss your progress and build your program for the following month. These check-ins can take place via text, phone call, email, or Zoom (your preference).
Step Four
Accept the invitation to the online coaching platform TrueCoach and start working towards reaching your goals!
